Tried here for breakfast. Good service and a very interesting menu with lots of Good choice. Went for the Breakfast Burrito which was very tasty. Nice busy restaurant. Hope to come back soon

Very nice place. Decorated well, nice and cosy even in February. I had the steak with two eggs, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It came with nicely poached eggs and some sauce and veggies. I really enjoyed it!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Balans in Stratford, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that cater to all tastes, and everything is cooked to perfection. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Alberto and Michael, the staff members who looked after us, were incredibly professional, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Their warm and friendly attitude truly elevated the dining experience. Highly recommend Balans for anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service!

Yummmmm !! My favourite place to get breakfast or brunch. The food is hearty and filling, I always feel so satiated when I walk out of here. The interior is so pretty as well. Location is perfect because it’s in Westfield so after a bit of shopping I like to refuel here!

I have been a regular customer of Balans East for quite some time now and I must say that the staff are simply awesome. The quality of the food has always been satisfying. The atmosphere is great. Overall Balans East is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

You can trust Balans for quality food. I like their sister restaurants in Soho, and this one in Stratford is no less enjoyable. I did find lot more sauce on my beef bourguignon than I expected. I suspect this will put some people off, but I like it. I asked for a spoon to scoop it all up. It feels like I’m having soup.

We vested this place first time. Me and my child didn’t want to cook and were very hungry after shopping. And tonight’s meal was possibly one of the best I’ve had. For the first time, we tried the Beef Peposo, and it was outstanding—delicious with a fantastic sauce and pickled baby walnuts. We also had drinks Woo woo and Virgin Mojito which were good as well. Service was impeccable, and waiter Vanya was so positive and talkative as it should be when clients want to have short talk.

Great food and service. Steak cooked perfectly. My wife said the pancakes were some of the best she has had in the UK. (We get pancakes a lot in America) Would definitely come back.
